The G2 Ink Service Cart provides the convienience of having the ink supply, send and return pump system, filter vessel, and controls that allow quick onlint filter bag changes, all on one, compact mobile cart.

You can rest easy knowing the onboard pump calibrates ink flow, virtually eliminating ink overflow and/or starvation problems. Since ink comes in contact only with the tubing, rather than a cumbersome diaphragm and centrifugal pump, ambient pump heat problems and contamination challenges are reduced.

What's more, an integrated back-pressure gauge tells the oprator when it is time to change the filter bag. No more guessing. The online bypass allows this changeover to be done without interrupting ink flow. This eliminates the hassle of costly downtime. Lastly, the system is designed to provide faster job set ups and productivity gains.
