From narrow we presses like Mark Andy 4150, XP500, Comco and Nilpeter to wide-web Rotogravure presses such as Zerand, Schiavi, Cerruti, Bobst Lamanic, Champlain, Acom or Romotec, we custom engineer your holders to fit your press perfectly.
G2 Pro Blade Holder
FLXON’s patented G2 Blade Holders are engineered for today’s pressroom demands. These light-weight machined aluminum, hard-annodized coated blade holders ensure quick blade changes, easy cleaning and allow you to set the blade at the optimum angle for precise, predictable print results.
What's more, the G2 holder manufactured for Mark Andy presses, allow you to go from a 1.5" blade to a 1" blade, reducing your doctor blade investment, and resulting in less impact on the environment with regard to steel waste.
End Seals for Ink Metering Chambers
Made exclusively for the discerning printer, the G2 Proseal is constructed of durable neoprene rubber that will hold the memory of the seal hour after hour, and virgin, pre-lubricated felt to ensure a leak resistant seal against your anilox roll.
